We work out of Norwich and cover Norwich, North Norfolk, South Norfolk and Suffolk. Online booking runs to roughly 30 miles from base — but that's a circle on a map, not a hard line.

Norwich is where most of our work is. We cover the whole city and the villages around it — servicing, diagnostics, brakes and repairs, carried out at your house, your workplace car park or wherever the vehicle happens to be sitting.

North Norfolk is a long way from a garage if you live in the middle of it. We come out to the market towns and the villages between them — Aylsham, North Walsham, Holt, Cromer, Sheringham and everywhere in between.

South Norfolk is commuter country. Wymondham, Attleborough, Long Stratton, Diss and the villages along the A11 and A140 — a lot of miles covered, and vehicles that need to keep working.

We cover the northern end of Suffolk — the Waveney valley towns and the coast down as far as Lowestoft. Beccles, Bungay, Halesworth and the villages between them are all inside our usual patch.

The area we take online bookings for is a radius drawn around our base, not a county boundary. That means some addresses in Norfolk fall outside it and some in Suffolk fall inside it — it depends on the distance, not the postal county.
It also means the edge is soft. If your postcode comes back outside, ring us. Depending on the job, where you are and what else is on that day, we may well still be able to come out.
We currently work from one base: NR10 3NL (30 miles).
